We operate under a piecework system. Copyright of all articles remains with the author until payment has been cleared at the bank at which time a release is sent to the new owner.
We understand that if you pay for something then it really should be yours to do with as you please.
Further we do not source material, we create it. You can be assured that any material we create will pass Copyscape.
If you are passing material to us for modification you agree that the copyright is clear and hold us free from any risk. You did give it to us after all!
For the email process to work for both parties (our valued client and us) it must be friendly and Spam Free. We take Spam very seriously and dislike it as much as you do.
With this in mind we are using an Opt-in system that requires you to confirm that we do truly have your permission to send you our emails and grant you membership. The procedure is simple and goes as follows:
- When you subscribe to our membership site, we will collect minimal details for our system.
- To ensure we do truly have your permission to send you our emails we will send you a confirmation email.
- This email requires your action. Simply click on the validation code in the email and you will be confirmed as the owner of the email account.
- Upon our system receiving your confirmation your membership application will be completed and your Login details sent to you.
Should we have future emails with information that we feel would be of benefit to you, we will send them to you. We wish to make it clear at this stage that we will never send emails for the sake of sending emails.
To retain our relationship with you it would not be beneficial for us to pester you with a constant flow of emails. As we value our relationship with you we will only ever send you emails of value for your personal development.
As a further commitment to this “Spam Free” policy we always include an unsubscribe link at the bottom of each and every email that we send you. This makes you the person in charge of the emails. If you do not wish to remain on our mailing list simply click on the link and our system will unsubscribe you immediately.
To further assist you we have also established an Unsubscribe email account, should you wish to send us your unsubscribe request personally. To be removed, from our system, using the email method, simply send an email to unsubscribe.
This email will be actioned within 24hrs and you agree for us to send you one further email. This final email, from us, will be to inform you that you have been removed from our system. This way you have validation that your request has been actioned.
Remember you are in control and we are here to assist you in your development not hinder you with negativity.
Privacy
Our privacy policy is simple and strict. We do not like our details being distributed so we don’t do it to you.
On occasion the government has other ideas and as they are bigger than us, we must comply with their requests. If we are required to give them information we promise to let you know what they require and when. If we consider their request not to be a fair call we WILL challenge them.
We do not keep a lot of information about you. We do need a certain amount to ensure we know who is buying what and how you are paying, as well as what has been bought and when. That is pretty much it. This is the same info that any store would collect when selling and delivering you a book.
If you want to see what information we are storing send us an email giving us your preferred delivery address and method. We will then ring you back to ensure that it is you making the request. If we need to do a lot of work to meet your request or your phone call costs are outrageous, then we may charge a fair fee for this service.
The only people who will see your details are our staff, who need to know what you order. Occasionally we will send you emails pertaining to new products, special promotions or newsletter if you have given us permission.
That is it.
Refunds
TimelyCopy.com operates on a piecework system. The requirements for each task are identified and agreed prior to commencement.
The only possible reasons that you could request a refund on any work is, if in your opinion, we have provided either poor quality work or that the work was not done as specified.
If you believe that the work we have provided is not up to your standards or does not comply with your specification, we are happy to refund your money.
To be accepted, all refund requests must be made by email within 7 days of delivery.
If we refund, the ownership and copyright reverts to us and the article will be placed for sale in the shop.
If the work produced is in need of modification to improve the fit to your specified purpose, we are happy to edit the documents until you are satisfied. No fee will be charged for this service.
Be aware that we regularly use Copyscape to check for stolen articles. Use of an article or part of that article after refund is theft and will be treated as such. We are nice to nice people.
